Efforts at Exercise rewarded

19.07.2017

HRFCA’s Regional Employer Engagement Director Ron Macgregor has presented ‘Best in Syndicate’ prizes to participants from this year’s Exercise Executive Stretch, which was held at Edinburgh’s Redford Barracks in May.

Ron popped up to Moray Council in Elgin to give Doug Reid his well-deserved prize before heading to West Dunbartonshire Council’s HQ in Dumbarton to meet their Chief Executive Joyce White along with their Executive Stretch participants.

Gardener Mark Haining was deemed the best of that great bunch from West Dunbartonshire and received his hard-earned trophy from Ron.

Both Doug and Mark had displayed great leadership and organisation at the annual event run by 51 Infantry Brigade, the Scottish and North Irish Yeomanry, various tri-service Reserve units and Highland and Lowland Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Associations.
