Highland RFCA Regional Employer Engagement Director Ray Watt presented Yellow Cherry Digital with the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award on 13 February.
Ray handed over the certificate to Yellow Cherry Digital’s Marketing Assistant, Amy MacDonald (pictured above), at the organisation’s headquarters in Inverness.
Yellow Cherry Digital is a creative marketing agency offering a wide range of digital marketing services to clients across the UK, including email marketing, paid advertising, website design, and search engine optimisation.
Yellow Cherry Digital first signed the Armed Forces Covenant on 11 November 2019 and achieved the ERS Bronze Award on 17 January 2025. The Bronze Award is in recognition of the support the organisation gives to the Armed Forces.
Amy said: “Embracing the Armed Forces Covenant not only aligns with our commitment to nurturing talent within our local area and giving fair employment opportunities for all, but we also recognise the unique perspective, skills, and resilience the Armed Forces community could bring to a team like ours.”
