Cadets from The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Battalion Army Cadet Force (ACF) have been awarded Praiseworthy Action Certificates by the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK).

While on their way to ACF training, Cadet Sergeant Wiktoria Dulska (pictured with her certificate) and her sister Cadet Roxana Dulska witnessed a collision involving a cyclist.

Wiktoria and Roxana acted without hesitation to assist at the scene.

Both cadets then continued their journey to their detachment and carried on with the scheduled evening of training.

First aid is a valuable life skill taught as part of the Army Cadets syllabus. Wiktoria and Roxana’s actions are another great example of cadets and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers making use of these skills to respond to incidents involving the public.

Congratulations to both cadets on receiving this award from ACCT UK. The sisters have also been nominated for Scottish First Aid Awards over their actions.
