Falkirk Football Club signed the Armed Forces Covenant during a ceremony at the Falkirk Stadium on Saturday.
The Covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.
Club chairman Douglas Henderson signed for Falkirk FC with Captain Mark Anderson of 106 Battalion REME co-signing on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.
The club’s commitments to our Armed Forces include aiming to participate in Armed Forces Day, offering promotional discounts, and giving service members free home fixture tickets through the ‘Tickets for Troops’ initiative.
Falkirk FC – who drew 1-1 with Greenock Morton following the Covenant signing – currently sit fifth in the Scottish Championship.
