Bronze award for Highland solicitor

24.11.2021

Inverness-based Munro & Noble Solicitors and Estate Agents have become the latest organisation in the HRFCA-area to be awarded an Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award.

The firm, which is one of the largest and longest-established (1894) firms of solicitors in the Highlands, had previously signed the Armed Forces Covenant in September.

The Covenant is a commitment to ensure those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, are treated fairly. This sets companies on the path to have their pledge recognised through the Employer Recognition Scheme.

This scheme incorporates Bronze, Silver and Gold awards, granted in recognition of their pledges to support defence and the Armed Forces Community.

Munro & Noble were delighted that their commitment has been recognised and are looking forward to working with Defence partners in the future. In order to show that commitment they will soon be proudly displaying a brass Armed Forces Covenant plaque outside their head office in Inverness.

The Bronze Award presentation, attended by HRFCA’s Regional Employer Engagement Director (REED) Ray Watt, took place on November 5.

Along with its Inverness HQ, Munro & Noble has offices in Dingwall and Aviemore.
