Stroven Ltd has been presented with the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award.
HRFCA Regional Employer Engagement Director Ray Watt handed over the certificate to Founding Director Steven Rowe on February 28 at the East Beach Bridge, Lossiemouth.
The award is in recognition of the support the Elgin-based company gives to the Armed Forces.
Stroven had previously signed the Armed Forces Covenant in January, joining the 9,000+ UK organisations to have already shown their support. It is a pledge to recognise the value serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans and military families contribute to business and our country.
Stroven is an independent developer and manufacturer of high-quality men’s fragrances and grooming products. 10% of all profits actively support veterans and mental health services in the UK, including:
- Veterans UK
- Andy’s Man Club
- Combat Stress.
Steven is a serving Logistics specialist in the Royal Air Force, and passionate about supporting veterans, the wellbeing of serving military personnel, men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Stroven’s aim is to become a community that opens positive communication around men’s mental health.
