On April 10, six senior Shetland cadets undertook a Healthy Minds course.
These were the first cadets from 1st Battalion The Highlanders ACF to undergo this training, which has only recently been introduced for cadets. They are also among the first in the UK to complete the course.
The course was delivered by Captain Cheryl Haynes, Battery Commander Orkney & Shetland Battery, 1 Highlanders ACF.
