I also know that my predecessor was extremely well supported by Bob throughout their time together as PSS. Throughout his tenure Bob has been a key member of a very small team, over many years he has worked unassumingly and tirelessly behind the scenes to assist many CFAV and Cadets achieve the Cadet Experience. On behalf of The Black Watch Battalion Army Cadet Force, I would sincerely like to wish Bob and his wife Heather a very long and happy retirement.”
