Coversure Falkirk is an independent insurance broker. Graham Lilley opened the franchise in 2018.
Coversure Falkirk first signed the Armed Forces Covenant in April. By signing the Covenant, it has become one of 12,000 organisations to pledge support to the Armed Forces community.
Its commitment to honouring the Covenant includes pledges to:
- Provide training (such as e-learning) for staff who are members of the Armed Forces community.
- Promote the Armed Forces Covenant and Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), and its support for the Armed Forces community to staff, customers, suppliers and the wider public.
- Support Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal and Remembrance activities.
- Appoint an Armed Forces Champion within the organisation.
- Support Armed Forces charities.
Coversure Falkirk is now eligible to apply for a Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award. The ERS Awards encourage employers to support Defence and inspire others to do the same. The prestigious Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards are for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to Defence and the Armed Forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
