Highland RFCA was delighted to attend a special event at Montrose Museum.

The 9 February celebration marked the official launch of the museum’s new HMS Montrose display, showcasing the ship’s bell, nameboard and kickplate.

These items were loaned to the museum following the Type 23 frigate’s final visit to Montrose in March 2023. The vessel was decommissioned in Portsmouth on 17 April 2023.
