HRFCA were out and about at the Fife Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, held at the Glen Pavilion in Dunfermline on 23 March.

The awards, whose principal sponsor is the Fife Economy Partnership, celebrate the successes and achievements of local businesses.

In his welcome, the President of Fife Chamber, Mr Peter Southcott, underlined the importance of innovation and excellence to Fife’s business community at a time when it faces stiff headwinds, not least as a result of Brexit uncertainty and Scottish economic performance lagging behind the rest of the UK.

The range of businesses winning awards reflected the diversity of the Fife economy, with James Donaldson and Sons scooping the headline Outstanding Business Award.

HRFCA co-hosted at the event with representatives of 154 Scottish Regiment RLC, and guests included Mr David Hanlon, Scottish Water‘s Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, Mr Stuart Gray, the events manager at Knockhill Racing Circuit, and Mr Neil Beattie and Mr Colin Campbell of Evih UK.
