On 27 March 2015 Highland RFCA hosted a dinner at the Murrayshall Hotel in Perth for Lord-Lieutenants from across its area.
A highlight of the evening was a talk delivered by the guest of honour, General Sir Nick Carter, Chief of The General Staff.
General Carter provided the Lord-Lieutenants and their partners with a unique insight into current defence issues and the opportunities and challenges relevant to Scotland and, in particular, its Reserve Forces.
The talk was followed by a short though lively question and answer session, after which guests enjoyed further discussions over dinner and coffee.
