The 2015 Walter McNicoll Defence Lecture takes place on November 25 at 7.30pm in the Medical Lecture Theatre at St Andrews.
It’s a great opportunity for Reservists and Cadets to learn all about the legal developments that have applied to our Armed Forces over the past 30 years.
Addressing the current debate and concerns and placing it within a historical context, the lecture will end by debating positive legal developments versus legal constraints hindering military operations.
